Just a quick note to update you on our Christmas closure period. Our final day for 2017 will be Friday 22nd December, and we will be returning Monday 8th January. During this time you can still place web orders, but please note processing will not occur until the 8th.
We understand that some customers may be returning from the 2nd of January and will potentially need some service support. To allow us to schedule the appropriate technicians to be available, we ask that you inform us by Friday 30th November if you require support to reinitialise your equipment for the period between Jan 2nd to Jan 5th.
Please be advised that during this time there will be a surcharge of $200 ex GST additional to the normal hourly rate, this excludes our Gold Maintenance contracts.
