Foam board or Foam core board is made from strong but lightweight polystyrene foam sandwiched between two pieces of paper. It is easily cut with a sharp craft knife or picture framing mat cutter.
Foamboard is often used as backing board for signage and picture frames as well as for mounting paintings, photographs and other prints. Foam Core can also be used to construct architectural models and dioramas.
