Return Policy

Starleaton complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy (replacement, credit or refund) if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, does not match its description, or fails to perform as reasonably expected.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Ordering

  • Returns are assessed at Starleaton’s discretion.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
  • Return freight for change-of-mind is the customer’s responsibility.
