Shipping Policy

Starleaton delivers orders via our own delivery service or trusted courier partners. All deliveries are door-to-door and require a signature on receipt.

If your order is urgent, please call 1300 063 239 after placing your order so we can organise a priority courier or Express Post. Please have your order number handy (shown on your Order Confirmation email). A tailored freight quote will be provided.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on location and stock availability:

• In Stock: Ready to ship within 1 working day.
• Available to Order: Ships in 2–4 working days. If a delay occurs, we’ll contact you with an updated ETA.

Note: Bulk paper and custom-cut orders may take longer due to manufacturing lead times.

If items are in stock, you may collect from our Artarmon location. Please call 1300 063 239 to book a pickup time.

International Shipping

Freight Costs

• Minimum charge: $9.90+GST
• Regional areas: Higher maximums may apply depending on distance

Back Orders: No additional freight is charged for items placed on back order.
